It even BSODs occasionally on idle loads, with only 1% of CPU in use. Clock Watchdog Timeout is a blue screen error that appears on a Windows PC when the specified processor fails to process interrupts, indicating that the processor is malfunctioning. I have been told this is an issue with the voltage, and I should raise VCore slightly, however I don't know how to do this. Even with stock settings, the cores reach 5.3 MHz.
